The Social Justice Book Club meets quarterly to discuss books relating to social justice, diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. We are currently reading Heal Your Way Forward: The Co-Conspirator’s Guide to an Antiracist Future by myisha t hill. Contact jshonk@flls.org to join!

The FLLS IDEA Committee meets bi-monthly to discuss and develop DEI initiatives for Finger Lakes Library System. We currently have representatives from 10 member libraries in the following cities/towns: Auburn, Cortland, Groton, Homer, Ithaca, Poplar Ridge, Port Byron, Trumansburg, Seneca Falls, and Weedsport.
