AudioFile SYNC: Free Audiobooks for Teens
The SYNC program is a project of AudioFile Magazine in partnership with OverDrive and audiobook publishers.
This free summer reading program for teens aged 13 and older, provides participants with two thematically paired audiobooks for check out each week for 16 weeks. That equals out to 32 free books over the course of the program that you get to keep! This year, SYNC begins on Apr. 28 and ends August 17th! Authors presented in this year’s collection include Charlaine Harris, Kosoko Jackson, and Arushi Raina. Narrators who provide their skills for teen listeners this season include Will Collyer, Soneela Nankani, and Julissa Arce.
With SYNC, anyone who registers can participate, even if your school doesn’t use Sora. Simply sign up with a valid email address and follow these setup instructions to gain access to the titles once the program begins.
