FLLS Community Read: Session 2

Finger Lakes Library System is holding a system-wide community read for the title, The 12 Steps to a Community-Led Library by Audrey Barbakoff and Noah Lenstra. Each member library will receive a copy of the book. All library staff are welcome to attend. Session will be facilitated by Jenny & Heidi.
In this session, we will discuss… Part III: Transformational Change, Part IV: Operational Change, Part V: Evaluating, Adapting, and Troubleshooting, & Conclusion: Moving Forward and Coming Back.
