Revolutionary Veterans buried in Brutus
The Brutus-Weedsport area was not settled until about 1800 so it cannot lay claim to Revolutionary War veterans. But several veterans did come to live here after the Military Tract was opened. The list below contains the names of known Revolutionary service men buried in the town:
