You can use the library computers to explore the Internet or to just learn more about computers. Instruction on using the computer is available during regular hours or you can make an appointment. What are some of the things that can be done with the library computers?

- The Internet and World Wide Web.

- Word processing and other resident software such as spreadsheets and the preparation of resumes, term papers, research reports, newsletters, signs, posters ...
We have recently added a "SCANNER" to our list of equipment. You can now "scan it in" and then either print it or send it via email or simply save it to a floppy disk.
To ensure equitable use of this limited resource the Board has adopted a comprehensive computer use policy, which must be signed by all users. A portion of the policy is:
- For users under 18, a parent or legal guardian must also sign this form.
- Users may print up to two pages from the computer without charge; a charge of 10 cents per page will be required for any additional pages.
- Patrons are reminded that the library's computer terminals are located in public areas, which are shared with others. Individuals are expected to be considerate of others and not access offensive information or images.
Remember that the librarian can always request a patron to relinquish a computer
