Finding Your Way is intended to help
people returning from prison or jail to Cayuga, Cortland, Seneca, Tioga
and Tompkins counties. The guide provides a directory of resources for
each county to help people prepare for release and successfully
reintegrate back to their families and communities. It is bilingual,
with all contents available in both English and Spanish
Topics include:
٠ Community assistance resources for finding
food, clothing, shelter, transportation, health care, and other basic
necessities;
٠ Information to help individuals rebuild
their personal identities;
٠ Job hunting tips and employment resources.
