The Youth Services area at the Cortland Free Library will be closed February 9 through early June for renovations. Although the entire youth department will be closed, all youth programming will continue as scheduled and the main area of the library will be open on a normal operating schedule. Youth DVDs, VHS tapes, new books, and a limited number of items from the collection will be available on the main floor of the library. Youth materials can be returned at the adult circulation desk or in the book drop during renovations. Additionally, patrons can continue to use the interlibrary loan service to have youth books delivered from other libraries. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience but we look forward to creating a new space for the community.
