Polaris Enhancements Submission Form

The enhancements you submit here will be collated and submitted through the Polaris Users Group (PUG) in the spring of 2008 to be voted on by the PUG voting representatives in September 2008.  The top 3 vote getters in each module will be incorporated into the Polaris software in the next major release development cycle.
