What is CayugaConnect? 
CayugaConnect is a consortium of the nine public libraries in Cayuga County. The libraries are linked electronically by a common automation system located at and supported by the Finger Lakes Library System in Ithaca. Although the libraries share a common automation system, each library is governed by its own Board of Directors and individual policies, loan periods, and overdue charges. A "CayugaConnect" library card is valid in each of the Cayuga County's rural public libraries. Seymour Public Library will issue a card of their own.
