ANNETTE BIRDSALL, Youth Services Coordinator
Harry Potter will be at your library in next week’s delivery just in time for the July 16th release date.
Please remember Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince cannot be read, circulated, or distributed before July 16. Midnight July 16 is the first moment the book is released; so if you are planning Harry Potter parties prior to the 16th you have agreed not to share, read, or release the book before midnight.
Thanks for your patience.

Free Art Books
Diana passed on the following information. It is an organization which offers free art books to underserved communities. Check it out!
I run a nonprofit, the DUC Library Program, that sends art books to public schools and libraries in all 50 states and all the American territories absolutely free of charge. We even pay for shipping. The DUC stands for Distribution to Underserved Communities, and you can find out all about us on our website, www.ducprogram.org.
We are supported by grants from the NEA, the Andy Warhol Foundation, and many other foundations and individuals -- that's where all the money comes from to give you all books for free. The books themselves were all donated to us in mint condition from their respective publishers and museums, all for the purpose of creating access to contemporary arts around the country.
So, if you're interested getting free art books from us, there are some 560 offered this year, just send an email with your library's name, address and a contact person. We will reply with our distribution catalogue. It has all the instructions to place your order for free art books.
Keep up the good work, and I hope to hear from you soon.
