Additions to Your Video Deposit Collections
Recently (Sept. 1) I sent out a memo with a form asking if you were interested in receiving additional videos in your deposit collections.  To date we have received many responses, but not from everyone and the deadline is today!

If you are interested in receiving additional films in your video deposit collections, please fill out the form we sent as soon as possible and return it to FLLS to the attention of Malia.
 
If you cannot locate the form, please contact Marisa, and I’ll make sure you get another.

Videos up for Grabs
We have weeded the non-fiction section of the Finger Lakes video collections, and we have many good films available to you if you want them.  These are not Permanent Loan films these will be yours to keep.

I will be sending an e-mail to everyone on Monday, 9/20 which will contain the list. Please check off those films you are interested in and send the list back by e-mail to cshortle@flls.org.  These films will be distributed on a first come first serve basis, so I encourage you to reply as soon as possible.

Just a note: We will be sending information out to member libraries concerning vendor reimbursement. Currently, the deadline for submission of requests will be Nov. 1, 2004, and only invoices with a date of between Nov. 1, 2003 and Oct. 31, 2004 will be accepted for consideration.
