The free trials of HeritageQuest and LearningExpress Library will end next week – June 26th, and I’m interested in receiving any feedback from library staff who have been accessing them. Did you have trouble using them? Is this something you think would be useful to your library patrons? Would your library be willing to pay something to help acquire a system-wide subscription to either or both of these databases?

Please send your comments to me by June 26th, if possible.

There will be a seminar on children's literature in Ovid on June 22nd at 6:00 p.m. at the poppa bear, the largest courthouse in the park. Speaking will be Christine Corning Malloy, non-fiction children's author, and Michelle Knudsen, editor of the Junie B. Jones books. All librarians and patrons are invited to attend. There will be a question and answer session and refreshments served.
