We've gone through the list of drama titles that were up for grabs and will be sending out those that were selected for your library soon. There were a few films that no one expressed an interest in. Please take a moment to look at the list below. If you are interested in any of those listed, please e-mail back to me (marisa@flls.org). Thanks!

I recently sent out forms requesting Contact Information for the Annual Report. I have received many forms but not from everyone. This information will be very important and helpful to have.
To date (as of 4/13), I have received information from the following libraries:
Auburn McGraw
Aurora Marathon
Berkshire Nichols
Candor Owego
Cato Port Byron
Cincinnatus Seneca Falls
Cortland Trumansburg
Groton Union Springs
Homer Waterloo
Interlaken Waverly
Ithaca Weedsport
LodiIf your name is not on this list, and you have not sent in your form yet, please do so as soon as possible (the official deadline was 4/9).
Thank you! I will be out of the office on Monday, April 19th.
- ERIC FRANKS, Computer Network Specialist
The Computer and Network Services department will not be ordering any new computers for member libraries until after June 30, 2004. We have several projects in the works that will not allow us time to stage and deliver new PC’s for the next two months.
Of course this does not impact the repair and/or maintenance of your computers or computers that are already in the process of being staged or re-installed. And it also does not discount the possibility that we may need to order a new PC in an emergency, this is only for new purchases.
If you have any questions, please give us a call at extension 37.
- KATHY PARKHURST, ILL/Reference Coordinator
The topic of next week’s April System Meeting, on Thursday, April 22nd, is “Training on EBSCO Databases” provided by Jim Kropelin.
There will be searching demonstrations and laptops available for hands-on training of Novelist, Masterfile Select, Primary Search, TOPICSearch, etc.
Please let Kathy Parkhurst know if you will be attending (also let her know if you can not attend, but would like to receive any handouts or available information from this session.)
Free shuttle bus no longer available
We have just been informed by the City of Ithaca, that the free shuttle bus they had been providing, to help alleviate the parking problems downtown, will be discontinued after Friday, April 16.
Construction in the parking lot behind the library has begun, so parking is very limited. If you arrive early for next week’s meeting, around 9:00 AM, you should be able to find a parking space in this lot or in the ramp. The only available entrance is from Green Street. Plan ahead and leave yourself plenty of time to find a parking place!
