- ERIC FRANKS, Computer Network Specialist
Just a reminder that when you are calling the Computer Network Services department for a problem or issue, please use extension 37 which rings on all the phones in the department. That will give you a better chance of getting someone on the phone the first time you call so that we can help solve your problems faster.
- REX HELWIG, Computer Network Manager
I have scheduled a Universe software upgrade on the Dynix server for Wednesday October 22, 2003. It will take about 3 hours to complete so access to the Dynix server will NOT be available until early afternoon that day. Please put this on your calendar. I will send additional notification as the day draws nearer.

Summer Reading 2004
The Statewide Summer Reading Program theme for 2004 is "New York Is Read, White and Blue!"
The emphasis is on red, white and blue things that New York State is known for, although the theme can be adapted to include some patriotic programming ideas as well. Some examples of theme-related ideas include: RED: the apple - NY state's official fruit; WHITE: winter snow sports and other snow-related activities; BLUE: the bluebird - the official bird; etc. As in other years, programming ideas will range from toddler to young adult, and any suggestions you might have will be greatly appreciated.
