Hi all…

I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm back at work.  I'm doing fine…thanks for all your concerned inquiries.

I wanted to start talking up the Trustee Workshop we will be having on Saturday, September 20th.  Patricia Stocker from the Pioneer Library System and Betty Anne Lawrence from the Monroe County Library System will be giving a workshop on "New Planning for Results".  Planning for Results is a tested, results-driven planning process that enables libraries of all sizes to respond quickly to rapidly changing environments.  It helps libraries of all sizes and all budgets to anticipate and prepare for change.  There will be more detailed information about the workshop in the weeks to come, so I encourage you to start having your trustees put it on their calendar now!
