Note 1: Please submit reimbursement requests on a quarterly, semi-annual,
or annual basis. There is quite a lot of time and paperwork involved to cut
checks for small amounts of money. If there is a reason why you might need
reimbursement on a more frequent basis, please contact me.
Note 2: If you are a Brodart P-1 user or a Brodart P-1 user that has
moved to Dynix, please contact your book vendor to let them know that MARC
records are no longer needed. The added expense of paying for MARC records
that are no longer used can be fairly high.
