 | E-Rate Technology Plans - Take note: The Federal Communications
Commission requires Public and Association Libraries applying for E-Rate
discounts, to base purchases on an approved technology plan. No
technology plan is required if you are applying for E-rate discounts
only on basic local and long distance telephone service. However if your
library’s E-Rate applications include other services and expenses, you
are will need to submit technology plans to Finger Lakes Library System
