Important Dates that will affect Interlibrary Loan Service prior to and during the FLLS/TCPL Move:

THERE WILL BE NO FLLS DELIVERIES ON FRIDAY, NOV. 10TH & THE FOLLOWING WEEK, NOV. 13-17, WHEN FLLS WILL BE CLOSED DURING THE MOVE, DELIVERIES WILL RESUME MONDAY NOV. 20TH.

1. Tues. Nov. 7th - is the last day we will accept new ILL requests sent in the delivery. Please hold any patron requests that you receive after this date until the Nov. 20th delivery.
2. Wed. Nov. 8th - is the last day we will pick up any ILL books in delivery.
3. Thurs. Nov 9th - is the last delivery day, and this will be outgoing deliveries only, no pick up.

We ask that you please hold any books that you would normally be sending in or returning until we resume deliveries on Monday Nov. 20th.

You will also notice that due dates, which would normally fall during the time of the move, will be extended.

1. All FLLS materials that would normally be due between Nov. 8th and Nov.24th will be due Nov. 27th. TCPL has extended their due dates until Dec. 4th.
2. Please be generous in the due dates you extend to other libraries knowing that they will not be able to return your materials during this time.

We ask for your patience once we resume deliveries after Nov. 20th as we expect that there will be delays in filling interlibrary loan requests.  Please inform your patrons who use interlibrary loan prior to the move that there may be delays, especially on items that may need to be requested outside the system.
